Abstract
In addition to explosive markets and shorter process life cycles, digitization is one of the most important influences companies have to deal with in the subsequently years. Changeability is the basic requirement to stay successful in times of impulsive transitions. This paper be evidence for an approach of how to amplify the ability to change in front of the challenges of digitization. The mainly focus is on organizational aspects. The major extension refers to communication issues, based on an approach of social system theory.
