Title

Chemotherapeutic properties of 1,3,4-Thiadiazoles: A Review

Abstract

Thiadiazole derivatives are known since long time for its chemotherapeutic properties. From last few decades, this five-member thiadiazole moiety has become the center of interest for designing of new antibacterial, anticancer, anti fungal anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antimycobacterial, anticonvulsant, anti-diabetic, antiviral agents. The present study highlights the importance of 1,3,4-thiadiazole moiety as Chemotherapeutic agents.
