Title

Effect of Training on Human resource Development: A Case Study

Abstract

Training is the act of increasing the knowledge and skill of an employee for doing a particular job. Training and development is a function of human resource management concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings. The aim of the present study was to understand the effect of training on the development of human resource. For the same data was collected from a private firm regarding their schedules of training and development issues. The data was analyzed statistically and conclusions were drawn.
