Abstract : On march 11 2020 the spread of the SARS-cov-2 Virus was declared a pandemic by the WHO. Now 33.96 cr peoples are infected from corona virus and more than 55 lakh peoples dead by this infection, now a days new variant of corona well known as omicron is on higher peak in USA and India, the spreading ratio of omicron is comparatively high than other variant of corona. extremely At least eleven known variant have been reported. The main purpose of this stud is to know the difference and effectiveness of that variants. We all are suffering in lockdown phase, and also suffer in lock down. In this pandemic situation of covid 19 is directly affect on our health system as well as financial crisis. Now a days recovery from financial crisis is global problem, facing by developed as well as developing countries. In this critical situation the different variants of covid 19 is surprisingly create the panic situation and directly impact on global market. Which may directly affect the life style of peoples and demoralize the ethical behavior of peoples, in recent studies there are more than 1000 cases of mental health or other health issues created by this pandemic. A spreading ratio of omicron is so high and getting death full result in un vaccinated peoples. Now India, almost 85 % peoples are vaccinated so the mortality rate is low. As a consideration of global spread of omicron which has almost 77 nations, by now which resulted in hypotheses about it origin and degree of infectivity.
