Generally genders are known on the basis of both psychological and physiological distinction and differentiation, which is determining specifically role, duty, natures, instinct and other characters which are necessary to run family system. Before women empowerment women are demanded and pleaded to get more power in social, political and economical as equal to male section. Giving, getting and receiving rights are legally permitted and offered from the government of India but all their rights are used negatively against men’s liberty and freedom in all the social institution. After male people understanding and analysing about their behaviours are so dangerous and venomous to this social and family system they tried and attempted to express to the legal mechanism and political authorities as to reduce and correct their misusing activities. From ancient time onwards up to present scenario both male and female people have been living tighter and running family on joint effort, interest and mutual trust without any partition feelings and alienated feelings, on this sentiments children are nurtured and other families commitments are done to get social recognition and status without any inferior and superior complex between husband and wife.
