Managing Organizational Teams through Spirituality- A qualitative Approach

Abstract
Organizations worldwide are facing several challenges in people management. This research paper explores the linkage between the spiritual practice of an organization and its effect on the team relationship of the members of the organization. By adopting a qualitative phenomenological case study approach, the data was collected by full participant observation and by semi structured interviews and the result was thematically analyzed after coding. The results reveal significant benefits of the spiritual practice of the organization on the team relationship.
