In today’s world the major part of institutes are in online mode. In the online mode it is very difficult to prepare the assessments or test papers and to conduct the exam. This our project presents the development of a MCQ paper scanner that will recognize a text using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for Alphanumeric Characters to create the web page for online exam. In this study, the main objective is to recognize alphanumeric characters accurately using optical character recognition and separate the questions and options to create the web page for conducting the exam. OpenCV is used in the Python programming language and Support as a tool in machine learning for ICR.
