Title

Battery Working Circuit using 65nm CMOS and studying various Parameters

Abstract

This paper proposes a battery working circuit using a 65nm CMOS transistor. The main circuit consists of one battery, three resistors, one zener diode, one CMOS transistor and one LED. The circuit design equations are derived and various parameters are discussed. The proposed circuit due to its high efficiency and output is suitable for use in electric vehicles (EVs) and other electrical operating devices. The proposed 65-nm CMOS battery circuit achieves a wideband range of 1KHz-5 GHz and achieves a bandwidth of 5GHz with a gain of 9.542dB having a time delay of approximately 0.001fs. The circuit consumes only 13.971 nW from 12V supply. The performance of the battery working circuit is illustrated through simulation using LtSpice.
