Abstract
In the present paper thirty five variable have been taken which investors of Himachal Pradesh consider before making any investment decisions. These variables have been reduced to significant determinant of investment. . Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of sampling adequacy and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity has been applied to test the relationship between the variables. Factor analysis has been done using Principal Component Analysis to reduce the variables. Scree plot has also been used to verify the results of Principal Component Analysis.
