In the big data era, data has become a key source of the intelligence and efficient learning algorithms, where the traditional central system of data storage meets some issues and triggered for emerging distributed technology like Blockchain. By definition, Blockchain is a data structure where each block is linked to another block in a time-stamped chronological order which is purely peer-to-peer network.The effective way of using Blockchain is being still in research. Because of its giant data structure, accessing blockchain is a challenging task. Hence this work proposes to build Blockchain-based Electronic Health Record management to develop the health data under blockchain technology. These data are accessed fromthe blockchain framework using GPU computing which is highly parallel and having hundreds of cores that facilitate approaching distributed ledger systems. The tamper-proof data extracted parallel will be used for training the ML (Machine Learning) model to analyze how the ML behaves on Blockchain preserving data. The experimental resultsshow that the proposed work achieves decentralization, security, and transparency.
