In today’s life, during the pandemic or post pandemic, everyone came to know the importance of health at every stage. Daily more than half of the population faces problems due to lack of protein or vitamin in their food. One tends to find online trends which are likely to be not so fit for an individual. One requires an application that can guide an individual according to their preferences and details provided by them. An application which notices the users activity on a daily basis and provides the daily diet graph. There are applications which are used by half of the population to follow a diet and maintain their body. Even applications are built particularly on obesity which is IoT based. Applications with the use of latest technologies help one to be fit but one needs to know even the quantity of a particular ingredient. Once the application is built it needs to be updated with the change in technology so that the user is focused on one application rather than several. Our application recommends one with the proper diet and quantity for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Technology which is used is the K- nearest neighbor Ball Tree algorithm and Collaborative filtering.
