Digital natives speak a different language from the digital immigrants. Marc Prensky (2001) gave a perfect description of who digital natives and digital immigrants are. Several studies have shown that technology helps to improve the performance of learners but there is a gap between the natives and the immigrants which can be handled through training and capacity building of digital immigrants. This study itemizes the relevance and affordances of using technological resources for the digital natives, as well as the implications. Digital immigrant needs to cooperate with these natives on the language they speak which is technology in other to facilitate learning and improve their performance.
