Abstract

The engagement of teacher and students need to be portrayed as a parent-son/daughter relationship for mitigating social and emotional barriers. Now in recent times, due to marketisation of education activities, teachers’ student relationship downfall has been observed to an ample extent. This study discusses competency regarding the teacher-student relationship for increasing the competitive advantages.
