Title

Dynamics in Private Educational Institutions: Need for Re-alignment with Teachers Productivity.

Abstract

The mushrooming of higher educational institutions in the country and its operations in line with the regulations and protocols for quality education has given rise to various complexities which however has to be adapted sooner or later. In this entire process, the institutions have been upgrading its syllabi, courses, recruiting the experienced staff etc. But in all these processes, the Faculty(Teachers) are important pillars to implement and enforce the new values and tenets towards making the institutions offering higher educations a vibrant one. It’s very much essential that the teachers(existing/new) have to be well-prepared to adapt to these changes and contribute to the success of the institute. The paper has analysed the factors necessary for the growth of the private institutions to come out from their traditional dominance and adopt a positive collaborative approach in their policy frameworks and strategies by placing the right fit for the right chair.
