An attempt has been made to investigate organizational climate at CIBI international. The important objective of the study is to find out the factors influencing organization climate and the level of satisfaction of the employees towards the factors contributing to organization climate.For this purpose,the respondents are selected by proportionate random sampling method.In view of complexity of data,the responses are processed and analyzed by the tools like simple percentage analysis, simple ranking and chi-square test are used.the analysis proved that these factors have capacity to revealed that the organization climate in CIBI International is good.data was collected through questionnaires designed.the sampling technique used in the study is convenient sampling and the sample size is 200 employees. The study about organizational climate has revealed that the employees have overall satisfaction with the organization climate. There is also scope for further improvement.
