Title

Cell Segmentation using Deep Learning

Abstract

Several applications, such as cancer research and drug development, rely on the automatic and reliable characterization of cells in cell cultures. Automated algorithms for segmenting and analyzing cells in microscopy pictures have been created in light of current developments in light microscopy and the necessity for precise and high-throughput cell analysis. Despite this, accurate, general, and robust whole-cell segmentation is still required to accurately characterize its morphological characteristics, phenotypes, and sub-cellular dynamics.
