The aim of this project is to do the comparative analysis of a high-rise structure using BIM technique to reduce the cost by determining the clashes arising in MEP & Structure in 3D modeling. Manual identification of clashes. The result in 3D construction modeling and the analysis of clash detection which detects clashes within the overall model and helps to estimate analysis and change in construction cost due to clashes resolved on time. The project where this theory was applied is in Pune. Early collaboration with all the agencies can help in reduction of overall cost without wastage of capital and time. The result came out to be a reduction in cost for about 1.2% of the estimated cost without clash detection and structural analysis by using ETABs.
