Title

Corporate Social Responsibility an Influencer on B2B

Abstract

This paper studies various factors influencing B2B in choosing the Brand to go with. We find that while Brand Image, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value impact the choice of the brand, Trust, Satisfaction and Loyalty, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) effort of the chosen company adds a lot to the buyer’s perception of the product. Linking CSR programs to the brand does have many benefits – they not just add value to the business but also strengthen the outcomes of the CSR programs.
