Human capital has been a focus of corporate organisations over the pastdecade because it is the most valuable and beloved asset. Organizations must carefully map available human resources when recruiting individuals because they provide a competitive advantage to the organisation. For many firms, the word recruitment has become a synonym of human resource capital. Due to the entry of international corporations, business organisations are expanding modern recruiting and selecting procedures. The purpose of this research is to investigate an organization's recruitment and selection procedure. Organizational outcomes are improved through better recruitment and selection procedures. In light of this, a research paper titled Recruitment and Selection was written to shed light on the subject.
