– A health monitoring system with IoT describes the collection and interoperation of data obtained from the patients, which are collected through sensors with IoT Technology. Those sensor data will support the doctor in the emergency for the betterment and improvement of patient health. The hardware system to implement the project consists of a temperature sensor, pulse oximeter, ECG sensor, Position sensor, Heart rate sensor, Arduino controller, and IoT Module (ESP 8266) that are equipped in a way to facilitate doctors to collect patients’ data through the Internet. These data are collected and monitored through the Arduino controller and the mentioned information is sent to the Internet and stored in a medical server. The doctor or nurses can monitor the patient data from any place through the provided patient ID with a cloud server anytime. Thus, the health parameters of the patients are monitored regularly through the cloud server and this will help the doctor to make an effective diagnosis and provide accurate health care for the patient. Through this collected data rate of recovery of patients can be improved, and enhanced medical care can be given to the patients at a low cost.
