Title

Create a frequency-dependent transmission line model and analyse

Abstract

Transmission lines with two or more conductors include coaxial lines, strip lines, and two-wire lines. Transmission line analysis needs the use of electromagnetic theory to determine transmission line parameters. Consider a lengthy transmission line, such as a coaxial cable. To analyse its qualities, several factors are necessary, such as resistance, inductance length of wire, and so on. It is possible to simulate a segment of a uniform transmission line, regardless of its real construction (i.e., a transmission line with a constant cross-section along its length). The primary constants are as follows: As a result, R, L, G, and C are sometimes used to refer to resistance, inductance, conductance, and capacitance per unit length. (The abbreviation p.u.l. stands for per unit length.) The units of measurement employed in the metric system are ohms per metre (/m), henries per metre (H/m), siemens per metre (S/m), and farads per metre (F/m). This research develops a frequency-dependent transmission line model in order to evaluate its performance at 10 kHz high frequencies. The output voltage for the pi-section transmission line may also be compared using the supplied model. The study creates a frequency-dependent transmission line model using Matlab software. The characteristic admittance and propagation function are generated using the frequency-dependent resistance, reactance. The computed parameters are applied using the RF toolkit. The Universal Line Model is then created using the transmission line specifications (ULM).
