Global population are raises day by day due to that there is increase in demand for housing. The way construction industry doing work from a long time is not sustainable to meet the demand for fast-track construction with the growth of the population there is an increase in the demand for resources it is necessary to serve final products with the minimum material resource and efforts. It can be possible by using advanced technologies in construction operation. Planning, execution & monitoring these are the main phases in construction industry there are various invented technology which used by many countries. However, in India, it lacks due to fewer resources and awareness. This paper presented the results of the survey on the current application of automation and robotics technologies in construction work execution in Amravati division, Maharashtra. Moreover this paper also mentions the benefits of automation and robotics technologies application during construction work execution and factors which affects the most for application of automation technology
