Title

Review Detection Using Machine Learning Techniques

Abstract

Both the buyer and the seller benefit from consumer reviews on ecommerce websites, online resources, ratings, and experience tales. A reviewer can help other customers understand their views about a product while also increasing its trustworthiness. Similarly, when customers offer good comments on product reviews, it helps marketers increase their revenues by increasing product sales. Unfortunately, marketers can take advantage of these review approaches. A person may, for example, fabricate reviews in order to boost a product's reputation or to disparage competitors' products by leaving poor evaluations on their own.
