This paper gives the methodology to make proper and suitable strategy by which the whole planning done can be inserted to get real value for the benefit of the organization. As supply chain plays a very important role to capture all the activities involved to get good result as per the strategy made during planning. As the mathematical representation is not yet available to achieve a desired result which can meet the conditions of strategic fit. the theoretical information is available in books and no practical exposure is available. In this paper the theoretical information is converted in to mathematical representations to achieve strategic fit. The metrics for the capabilities have been checked and target decided to achieve strategic fit as desired during planning process. The weight ages are given for different capabilities. Due to this right information to take decision for supply chain by going through the strategic decisions made earlier to fit in their target. This will help to get the information easily in supply chain at each stage. Proper action to be taken wherever desired. The information has been collected from various sources by discussing with industrial experts and literatures’ of imminent authors. By getting the information it becomes easier to make methodology to achieve the target for achievement
