The role of social media is growing day by day in this global scenario, and its involvement through websites and computer programs permit people to share or communicate information on the internet using a mobile or a laptop, as the word social comes from the Latin word “socius” means friend and the word media refers to mass communication, thereby social media has been referred as an informal platform for mass communication. Social media integration is a marketing tool that permits to use social channels as an extension of the existing branding and marketing strategies. This process tries to integrate social media exertions to save time, and to reach further customers in order to promote a reliable, and trustworthy brand. The significance of social media platforms is a place to keep in touch with our near and dear ones but cannot be overestimated, where people interact with brands and many companies are investing in social media management as a primary way of promotion.
