This Paper is named as “Institutional Recruitment Tool Designed for Students and Placement Cell” where-in a final year student participates together in the campus-training and campus placement activities in that college. It is a web-based placement portal, which can be accessed privately and securely by the students with their aspect. This portal is the best coordination between Training placement officers (TPO) and Students. This Portal helps in the department of training and placement cell for a complete self-automation. I.e., through this portal sending notifications about company visits as well as reports are generated according to the students who are in final year, maintaining students record, boy & girls’ ratio, department-wise, branch-wise, list of unplaced students, and eligibility students list based on company criteria. This portal Transparently overview of passed placement details.
