Eczema is common chronic and inflammatory skin disease posting significant burden on health care resources and patient’s quality of life. The modern system of medicine has limited scope to treat eczema. Homoeopathic drugs have the capacity to balance the susceptibility of the patient towards specific allergens; which helps to avoid a hypersensitive reaction. For the present study, I have selected KENT’S REPERTORY (Indian edition reprinted from sixth American edition) because it is one of the most complete, reliable and appropriate repertory in our day to day practice. I found rubrics of eczema frequently used from the chapters like Extremities, Skin, Face. Thus, it has proved that Kent's repertory is also useful in dealing with particulars.My study proved that Kent’s repertory is one of the most suitable repertory in the treatment of eczema were mental Generals- and physical generals plays a great role in selection of remedy.
