This Article deals with Constitutional rights and customary rights of Muslim women and also study about legal rights under different laws; whereby Those laws which have direct influence one’s Muslim women’s right are part of research. Rights under this Chapter through applied to all women in India and also, they are available for Muslim women. The Indian constitution guarantees fundamental liberties to all citizens, regardless of ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, or gender. Punishments for violating these rights are defined in the Indian Penal Code and other legislation. An individual's fundamental rights are protected by the courts, but they can be directly approached by the Supreme Court of India for final justice under Article 32 if they have been violated. We may trace some of our current rights back to the Declaration of Human Rights, the Constitution of the United States, and the Bill of Rights. The Indian constitution recognizes the following essential rights1:
