Title

Viability of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality in Education

Abstract

Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality are not the latest inventions. However, various obstacles hindered its mainstream use. Recent technical advancements, along with the availability of affordable gear and software, have made AR and VR more practical and attractive in a variety of fields, including education; they have been relaunched with previously unfathomable promises. Because of the nature of AR and VR, new teaching and learning models that better fit the demands of the 21st century, students are on the horizon. We're on a mission to reimagine education. This paper explains why AR and VR are gaining popularity and why their use in education will become a reality soon.
