Every state government sanction funds (Budget) for a particular financial year but budget not reaches to the common citizens in middle so many higher officials and political leaders are miss uses the government budget. We develop an application to maintain the flow of the money released by the state government of a particular financial year and intern control corruption. It provides the whole information about the money released to a department, accordingly department wise and work wise. It also provides the information about utilization of the allotted money in detail. In the proposed system clearly allocate the budget for each department based on the requirements. The motto of this project is information transparency (clarity). Because of this, a common citizen can also play a vital role in controlling the corruption.
