Title

GREEN SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SILVER NANOPARTICLES FROM DELONIX ELATA AND ITS ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY AND ANTI MICROBIAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

Delonix elata is a medicinal plant. It is delicious with spreading crowns and dropping branches. D. elata leaf was utilised for green synthesis of AgNo3. The synthesized silver nanoparticle are characterised by different temperatures pH and concentrations. The properties of synthesised nanoparticles were characterized by UV-TEM, SEM, and FTIR And the UV spectrum shows the SPR at 230nm. Nanoparticles have stability and other properties like antioxidant, antimicrobial and antiviral, Anti Cancer and anti-inflammatory activity. The nanoparticles are taken under phytochemical Assay. Under the assay, the leaves of D. Elita contain terpenoids, Alkaloids, phenol, proteins etc. The aqueous extract of D. elata was evaluated for Antioxidant and Antimicrobial properties. The antioxidant activity is carried out by different methods such as DPPH, FRAB, N2O2 and Nitrous oxide. The antioxidant activity confirmed that silver nanoparticles have more antioxidant activity. Next, the antimicrobial activity is carried out by different bacteria like E. coli, Pseudomonas, S. aureus and Bacillus.
