It is high time when the Nation is commemorating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (75Th years) to have a look on the contribution of this eminent jurist, politician, economic thinker and the architect of our constitution in word and spirit at all sphere. In this write up his economic thinking especially public finance and financial federal structure has been re-visited through various resources to ascertain his invaluable contribution and guiding principles which are being entrusted to make India more vibrant and the Global leader.
