In today's rapidly changing global business climate, countries like India are faced with a more diversified workforce in most, if not all, of their businesses, a development that has accelerated in recent decades. It is fairly typical nowadays to discover business experts with a wide range of training and education backgrounds. The impact of gender, age, ethnicity, and educational background on employee performance at chosen Indian IT companies known for employing a diverse workforce is investigated in this study. The data was acquired via a self-administered questionnaire from 384 employees of Indian IT companies in various roles.
