Title

Analysis of Relationship Between Demographic Profile and Customer Satisfaction: A Case Study of Hyundai Motors in Aizawl City

Abstract

This paper gives an overview of the analysis of the relationship of demography of customers and their inclination towards satisfaction of Hyundai Motors in Aizawl City. The study emphases on the demographic attributes such as age, educational qualification, marital status, number of family members and monthly income as parameters to test the significance in satisfaction. The study is a exploratory research dependent on primary data of 170 samples of Hyundai Car owners residing in Aizawl City. The study uses Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient to test the significant relations of demography and satisfaction. The findings of the study shows that in all the aforementioned demographic details, age and income are the most relevant factors influencing satisfaction. The study also highlight various measures to be taken by the manufacturers and dealers to increase the level of satisfaction among current Hyundai car owners and potential owners as well.
