This study aims to determine the preferred mobile brand in Meghalaya's Garo Hills. The study included 250 samples that were gathered using a Google form and a specially created questionnaire sent over Whatsapp and email. Additionally, the questionnaire was delivered individually. According to the report, Xiaomi (Mi) is the model handset followed by Samsung, Realme, and these are the top three smartphone brands in the study area. There is no statistically significant difference between the time period and gender of mobile phone use, according to Chi-Square statistic, however there is difference between the income level and amount spent on various brands of mobile phones in the research area.
