RMSA is sharaed scheme of central and state government to achieve universalization of secondary education .Standard 9 and 10 and to contain dropout after elementary education.RMSA was launched in 24 November 2009 with the objective of enhancing access to secondary education and improving its equality. Total 48 men and 32 women were the sample of the study. The researcher used the Interview (semi structure), and the Selfmade Perceptional scale tool to complete their objectives. The Major findings of this research are that Radio awareness programs significant positive effect on the perception of parents of non-attending students.
