The Dark Web is content based on unspecified communication systems that protect users and protects obscurity through technologies such as traffic encryption, obfuscation, and forwarding. Due to the strong protection of obscurity, the Dark Web has slowly become the main channel for the selling and distributing of harmful content and banned items. Dark web is considered as a part of deep web. It can be reached via TOR. Actors on Dark Web pages are mysterious and secret. Surface web is a top of the ocean and which can be easily accessible. surface based is relatively smaller than deep web and dark web. In addition to all these various Dark Web activities, good and bad, there is certainly social networking. In fact, Facebook actually has an ‘. onion’ address on Tor (though it’s the same Facebook). There are also site mirroring Twitter, Reddit, Facebook and the like. Although the Internet has been playing important role in our daily life, it has become an extensive threat. To meet this threat, we need to recognized the most dangerous layer among the three layers of the Internet, which is the Dark Web. Cryptocurrencies are most popular on the dark web because they provide a convenient method of complicated identities and transaction details. In August 2017, it was reported that bitcoins, doge-coin, and Ethereum were the preferred coins to conduct dark web transactions. Any type of crime with secret transactions, whether it involves drugs, money, or even human beings, can be committed on the Dark Web. The darkest corners of the internet are a platform for mass offenses.
