In this paper, we introduce the concept of Φ_n in nano topological space (U, N, μ) through the grill. We establish the relationship between open sets in nano topology and Φ_n sets in nano topological space. We launch some μ_Φ‑function like μ_Φ‑α, μ_Φ‑pre, μ_Φ‑semi, μ_Φ‑β, μ_Φ‑b. Few properties are deals with μ_Φ‑function. Finally, we discussed some of the new sets: μ‑⋆‑closed set, μ‑⋆‑ dense in itself, μ‑⋆‑perfect, and μ‑co‑dense.
