Character Recognition analyses a character's picture and recognizes the characters that are present. The capacity to detect, discriminate, and identify characters in an image is known as character recognition. Because each person has a unique writing style, recognizing character pictures is difficult. Automatic Handwritten Character Recognition (HCR) is a difficult topic that necessitates a careful blend of numerous advanced Pattern Recognition techniques, such as Image Processing, but also Neural Network approaches and Language Modeling. Furthermore, HCR implementation is a difficult process due to the fact that handwritten letters can be imperfect and come in a variety of flavors. The suggested method focuses on identifying handwritten characters and using Convolutional Neural Networks to turn handwritten pages into editable documents (CNN).
