Title

MONITORING OF AIR POLLUTANT AND NOISE POLLUTION LEVEL USING IOT

Abstract

The level of air and sound pollution is increasing rapidly due to factors like industries, urbanization, increase in population, and vehicle use which can also affect human health. Good quality of air is required to maintain good health conditions in the living environment. IOT-Based Air Pollution Monitoring System is used to monitor the Air Quality and noise level over the LCD and on a webpage using the Internet so that air pollution can be observed very easily. Parameter like AQI, PM10, CO2, NO2, Temperature, humidity and noise level is measured from the proposed system giving an efficient way of detection. The proposed system has ESP8266 for connecting with the IoT platform to pass information regarding the pollutants to the personnel. Self-care is improved by the way of detecting the pollutants of the environment. Environmental monitoring describes the activities and processes that should take place to monitor the quality of the environment. All strategies and techniques have justification and reasons which are often created to establish the status of an environment or to establish environmental parameters. In this paper, we have proposed an idea to monitor air quality and noise pollution using IoT Technique.
