Chartered Accountants have huge responsibility in economic growth of a country. They play very important role in assisting business organization, taxpayers and with deep knowledge in the subject, they sometimes are the law makers of the country. Stress level of CAs are to be managed effectively as it affects their work efficiency. This study emphasizes to find the factors that influences the stress and suggests appropriate measures to minimize their stress level so that the work efficiency of CAs are not adversely affected by stress factors.
