Rashtriya Uchchtar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a government-funded initiative aimed at improving the quality, accessibility, and equality of higher education in every state in India. Access, equality, and quality in higher education are RUSA's primary goals, and they will be attained via the strategic development of higher education at the state level.
