Title

IMPACT OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ON DIGITALIZATION IN BANKING SECTOR WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO SBI

Abstract

The main purpose of this research paper is to examine the impact of customer satisfaction of digitalization in banking industry. Now a days the banking institutions had brought new technologies to ensure better quality services to their customers with minimum level of cost. The required primary data have been collected from 100 sample respondents by adopting convenience sampling technique. Well- structured and pre tested questionnaire have used to collect the primary data. Simple percentage and chi-square test was used to analyze the collected data. The study resulted that most of the customers are satisfied by the digitalized services rendered by state bank of India (SBI).
