In need for health care facilities to have qualified, focused, and inspired workers, a good quality of work life (QWL) is a key concern. Nurses make up a significant part of other health care providers across a range of activities in healthcare settings. Moreover, they should have a better QWL to provide individuals in need with high-quality holistic treatment. The aim of the study was to learning the socio-monetary details of nurses in hospitals, toward reveal the level of standards at hospitals, on the way to study the factors influencing work-life value of nurses, towards analyze the satisfaction level of respondents among some schemes and rewards for nurses. In this study the researcher used simple percentage analysis, ANOVA, T-test, and Correlation for analysis of data. Therefore, significant proportion of the nurses expressed dissatisfaction with the standard of their working lives. The results of this study and other studies indicate out that health care managers who are mindful of the important problems surrounding QWL can change nurses perceptions of the quality of their work life.
