– e-RUPI is an advanced online solution launched by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in collaboration with Ministry of Financial Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, National Health Authority and partner banks. This is like a prepaid voucher that users can use to redeem amounts without access to a card, online payment application, or internet banking services. The current study aims to explore the existing his literature and discuss the pros and cons of this emerging prepaid voucher in the era of the COVID-19-pandemic and also find out it’s uses. Modi government's e-RUPI initiative has been noted to be beneficial to beneficiaries as they receive benefits directly in her Reliability and security are ensured for both businesses and customers. Suffers from ICT-related risks such as cyber fraud, hacking, lack of efficiency and attitudes of those who adopt this new solution
