Title

GREEN SYNTHESIS OF COPPER OXIDE NANOPARTICLES USING SOLANUM TRILOBATUM LEAF EXTRACT

Abstract

The copper oxide nanoparticles prepared solanum trilobatum leaf extract by using green synthesis method. The size of the copper oxide nano particles was found from X-ray analysis. The optical transparency and band gap energy of copper nanoparticles was identified from UV-Visible spectroscopy. The FTIR spectrum is confirmed the functional group of responsive for copper oxide nanoparticles. From the SEM analysis of morphology nature and structure shows the copper oxide nanoparticles. The antimicrobial study of the synthesized copper oxide was established by using a gram positive opportunistic yeast pathogens.
