Today’s accident rates are high across the world. One of the major reasons is negligence in following traffic sign boards. Our aim is to identify the traffic sign boards on the way through image recognition and give an alert to the driver by measuring the distance of the signboard through voice alert. The voice alert also shows which type of traffic sign it is. This helps the driver follow the traffic sign board rule with whatever distance they have and drive successfully. The proposed system is trained using a convolutional neural network (CNN) that helps to measure the distance of the signboard and the time you are going to reach the traffic sign that will be intimated through voice alert until you cross the traffic sign. we are going to do this through predefined datasets.
