Abstract A country must educate the populace if it has long-term plans since education is crucial to the development of societies and societal ideals. India has long-term plans and goals for ensuring the viability and effectiveness of the educational system. Therefore, National Education Policy 2020 is being implemented in the country with this goal in mind and represents a significant change in this direction after a considerable time. The new educational framework in the nation is intended to strengthen the economic and social indicators to promote sustainable human and environmental development. All the stakeholders will undoubtedly be impacted by the numerous changes that are proposed in the National Education Policy 2020. The goal of this study paper is to investigate the National Education Policy 2020, its implications for the stakeholders, and its potential future effects. According to the survey, NEP 2020 is being embraced by all social classes.
