National Early Warning Score (NEWS) is a tool developed by the Royal College of Physician which improve the detection and response to clinical deterioration in adult patient and key elements of patient safety and improving patient outcomes. National Early Warning Score (NEWS) is a system for scoring the physiological measurement that are routinely recorded at the patient’s bed site. It’s purpose is to identify acutely ill patient’s including those with sepsis.
