In today's world, the business environment is continuously changing, becoming more complex and tough, and such firms require advanced people that are eager to learn, execute, adapt and have a positive attitude. Self-efficacy generally makes a decision the way a person feels, thinks, act and is proved to be a constructive feeling supplying the capability to deal with a diffusion of stressors. Resilience assists people in coping with adversity, maintaining successful contact, and experiencing pleasant emotions. The essence of this research is to determine the amount of self-efficacy and resilience among generation Z employees, as well as the link between the two. Having recognized the extent of self-efficacy and resilience we were able to realize the strategies era Z adapt to address pressure. The data for the study was collected using a structured questionnaire. The major findings reveal that self-efficacy and resilience do not significantly affect work performance, it is implied that additional abilities are required for success in addition to these two.
